A Brighter Future Awaits You and Your Family!
GROW, HEAL, PLAY
Welcome! My name is Cindy and I have been working in the field of mental health for over 15 years. I have a true passion for working with infants, toddlers, children and their families. As a child therapist, I have dedicated my time to helping children and families struggling with trauma, dealing with divorce, and coping with death. I help caregivers to shift from dealing with the confusing and scary behaviors of their child to looking at what these behaviors are communicating and how to address them. I believe in my core, that all people are good so I work from the philosophy that each person has inherent value, that includes you too!! I have yet to meet an exception to this rule. In addition to continuing my dream of changing children's lives, I also support infants, toddlers and caregivers. I believe that starting intervention early is paramount in helping prevent future problems.
I utilize mindful-based play therapy, contextual family therapy approaches, systems theory, parent education, strength-based approaches, Child-Parent Psychotherapy, attachment theory, and much more to help families heal and address concerns. I will walk through this journey of healing with you. A brighter future awaits you and your family.
Your Right to Receive a Good Faith Estimate
Under the law, as a health care provider, I will give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. This estimate is called a "Good Faith Estimate" and explains how much your Counseling services will cost.
This Good Faith Estimate shows the costs of items and services that are reasonably expected for your health care needs for an item or service. The estimate is based on information known at the time the estimate was created.
The Good Faith Estimate does not include any unknown or unexpected costs that may arise during treatment. You could be charged more if complications or special circumstances occur. If this happens, and your bill is $400 or more for any provider or facility than your Good Faith Estimate for that provider or facility, federal law allows you to dispute the bill.
The Good Faith Estimate is not a contract and does not require the uninsured (or self-pay) individual to obtain the items or services from any of the providers or facilities identified in the Good Faith Estimate.
